Ritz-Carlton Credit Card Goes Metal

The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card from J.P. Morgan is discontinued luxury credit card that is quite popular. While you can no longer apply for this card directly, many people still have it in their wallets, and for good reason.

And if you do have this card, then there’s some good news coming your way. The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card is going all metal once again. The news was shared today through an email sent to cardholders.

Update: The numbers are in, and it’s bad news! The old Ritz-Carlton metal card was 28 grams, the new one is a measly 17 grams. Not nearly as fancy! (HT: EatMoreSleepMore)

The card used to be all metal previously, but that changed a few years back. You can now impress people once again, every time you make a purchase with your Ritz-Carlton Credit Card. The metal cards should be sent out soon and will replace your current cards.

Read on to see how you can still get this card even though you can’t apply directly, and why it’s worth having it in your wallet.
