Over 70% of Raleigh’s land is zoned for residential use, which contributes to the city’s affordability of housing relative to Austin, Atlanta, and Charlotte.

The Modest Military Market

Raleigh is almost ideal in this case. The community isn’t the home of Fort Bragg, but that means the community’s real estate market won’t rise and fall based on the fate of a large base.
