The Ranch Chicken Wrap

The holidays are upon us. Which usually means life gets a little more hectic and we all feel rushed. Healthy eating tends to wane and good lifestyle choices fall to the wayside. When life gets like this I go for the ‘wrap’…in this case The Ranch Chicken Wrap!

The Ranch Chicken Wrap:
Wraps are so simple and take only minutes to assemble. For ‘The Ranch Chicken Wrap’ I fill a tortilla with chopped lettuce, diced avocado and tomato, leftover roasted chicken or rotisserie chicken from the store, and then drizzle it all with a delicious ranch dressing. Lunch in five minutes!
The Dressing:
You can use your favorite ranch dressing for this wrap. Personally, I don’t like most bottled ranch dressings, as some have questionable ingredients. So I usually opt for a Homemade Dump Ranch or a my favorite store bought brand, Tessemae’s!
And the finished product speaks for itself. Yum!
