God speaks to us through His Word, but how do you really hear what He says? Learn how to hear and listen to God’s voice.
We serve a God who is personal and relational. Just like in any relationship communication is an important aspect through which we get to know each other, and how we remain connected. We speak to God through prayer, and though He can speak to us in different ways, the primary way God speaks to us today is through the Bible, His Holy Word.
When you feel as though you haven’t “heard from God,” open His Word. The Word is described in 2 Timothy 3:16-17, saying, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
This means that God is speaking through His Word, it is the recorded words of God. How wonderful is it that we have access to His Word, and sometimes even in many different translations and forms.

1. Romans 10:17 – Faith Comes By Hearing the Message Of God’s Word
Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
