H E L L O Friday! I know that some of you are officially on spring break, so that’s definitely something to celebrate. If you’re having a staycation (or no longer spring break like myself), you should treat yourself to a new swimsuit to wear poolside this spring and summer. I often get this question on Instagram, so today I want to look at wedding guest dresses. Since we are in prime wedding season, I want to highlight my favorite wedding guest dresses and accessories. These are not only great for a wedding, but also any spring event you have coming up. I have included a variety of styles at various price points so that there is something for everyone. Wedding Guest Dresses

I frequently get asked if black is acceptable for a spring/summer wedding. Yes, you can get away with it if it’s a formal wedding, but I would recommend sticking with a dress that is a lighter color tone. If you want to wear something darker, then opt for navy before black. This is why I have a large selection of dresses that are more colorful and more appropriate for a spring wedding. One dress I have styled before that I recommend is this lace dress. The red color works for year round!

If you prefer a solid colored dress, then this one shoulder asymmetrical dress if for you. The peacock blue color is perfect for spring, summer and even into fall. If you want something with less of a slit, then you’ll love this one-shoulder midi dress. The style is so elegant and flattering, plus it comes in many color choices. If you are looking for a long solid colored dress for your next spring event, you will love this pleated maxi dress. You will definitely look like a Grecian goddess in it! Another beautiful pleated dress is this one-shoulder gown. The style is so flattering, and the color is gorgeous. This V-neck floral midi dress is another one on my list, alongside this floral lace cocktail dress. They’re so pretty and just exude spring!

These wedding guest dresses are gorgeous, but your look is not complete without the right shoes and accessories. Some of my favorite shoes for events includes these metallic ankle strap sandals and these metallic pointed toe pumps. These nude strappy sandals are another classic shoe you can wear for an event this season. If you want to add an element of awe to your look, wear these colorful crystal drop earrings or these flower statement earrings. You will also want a gorgeous clutch, like this crystal clutch or this pearlized clutch bag. Just add some lipstick, perfume and the perfect strapless bra. This is the bra I swear by. It is the perfect cut to wear under any dress, plus it is so comfortable.
