Free Tickets for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire for Amex Platinum Cardholders

American Express is offering Platinum Card® and Centurion® Members up to 4 free tickets to an advance screening of Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire three days before the film’s national release in theaters.

Additional Platinum Cards on Consumer and Business accounts as well as Additional Centurion Members on Consumer Centurion Accounts are also eligible to receive access.

This complimentary experience includes ticket admission to the advance screening and select theater concessions, such as popcorn and a drink.

How to Claim Your Tickets

Registration opens today on Wednesday, February 28th at 12pm ET. This experience is exclusively for eligible American Express Platinum Card® and Centurion® Members, all other Card Products are not eligible for the event. You can see the promotion page here.

Select your preferred theater location below to go to Universe.com and use your eligible American Express® Card. After clicking on ”Get Tickets”, you will be required to enter an Access Key. American Express Platinum Card® and Centurion® Members please enter the 10-digit toll-free Customer Service phone number (without spaces, dashes, or the initial (”1”) from the back of your Card as the Access Key. There is a maximum of 4 tickets per Card Member for the live event.

The availability of tickets is limited and available only on a first come first served basis.

• Tickets cannot be credited or exchanged and resale is strictly prohibited.
• Card Members may be asked to present their eligible American Express Card used to purchase or reserve the tickets to be admitted into the event. Failure to present the Card could result in denied entry to the event and possible termination of the tickets without refund.
• All eligible Platinum Card® or Centurion® Members for the in person event must provide their name, valid email address, and enter the 10-digit Customer Service phone number on the back of their Card to register and participate.
• American Express reserves the right to limit the number of events Card Members (and their guests) may attend and to cancel tickets/packages without refund for any violations of the terms and conditions of this event.
• American Express also reserves the right to remove any person from any event for inappropriate behavior including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or violent.
• Children 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult in order to attend this experience.
